 RBO Youth Coaches (formerly known as Green Team) are high school volunteers that support RBO in a variety of ways while gaining career skills and experience. Our youth coaches arrive early to help set up practice, support our check-in process, and then run with our K-5 students once practice begins. Youth coaches are eligible to receive community service credit for participation.

Students interested in joining RBO as a Youth Coach must submit an application and be accepted into the program. If you are planning to apply, please do not register for the RBO season until after your Youth Coach application has been reviewed. We will accept Youth Coaches to the program on a rolling basis as we receive applications until the program is full.

We are no longer accepting applications for the Fall 2024 Youth Coach program. The next application period will begin when we launch registration for our Spring 2025 season.
