Practice #5 was a wonderful day of running under the sun for RBO! Our older students ran around Lake Merritt to the Cleveland Cascade Stairs for some sprints to the top! Younger students trained hard with some dice-roll relays and then played a few fun games with our youth coaches. The weather was perfect and everybody got a great workout - we can’t wait to travel to Oyster Bay for our fun run next week!
