41st Annual Couples Relay & 10K

The LMJS Couples Relay is a two person relay with each team member running one 5K lap around Lake Merritt, Oakland. Single runner 10K option available. 

For Runners that have registered: Plan to arrive at 8 AM, race begins at 9 AM.

The top 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ranking teams of the following divisions will be recognized:  

• Overall Mixed Teams of 2
  

• Overall Women's Teams of 2
  

• Overall Men's Teams of 2
  

• Age Group Division Teams of 2 for each of the 3 categories

Swag Bag

Goodies from race sponsors will be on site along with our traditional banana racing bread.
Team members might receive a lightweight backpacks.
