The Fast & Flat 5K

For our final full-program race of the season, RBO is traveling to Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline for our very own fun run - The Fast & Flat 5K! Please bring a filled water bottle and wear your RBO t-shirt as well as closed-toe running shoes. More details are below!

  • Distances Available: 5K and 1 Mile

Race Day Details:

  • Bib Distribution: No bib is needed for this race - just your RBO name tag! You can pick up your name tag from the RBO tent near the Start Line on race day morning.

  • Meeting Time: Just like practices at Snow Park, we will begin check-in at 8:30am and begin running at 9:00am. Coaches will lead a short warm-up before the race begins.

  • Meeting Location: We will meet at Arrowhead Marsh Parking Lot.

  • Race Start: Warm-ups will begin at 9:00am and the race will start shortly afterwards.

Bus Details:

  • Bus Meeting Location: Snow Park by Lake Merritt (Map)

  • Bus Departure Time: 8:00am

  • Bus Return Time: Roughly 11:00am

  • Note: All bus riders must reserve their seat on the bus during race registration.
