Practice #5

After back-to-back race weekends, Running for a Better Oakland returned to Snow Park for our final practice at Lake Merritt in 2023! The weather was fantastic and it was the perfect way to close out our training sessions at The Lake. Our younger students had a blast playing running games in the park while our older students pushed their limits with an extremely challenging workout including a run to the Cleveland Cascade stairs. Women’s Run Club East Bay joined us for a Training Takeover and brought out a massive group of volunteers to run and cheer for our students - thank you WRC East Bay for supporting RBO!
