With all 7 of our Spring 2025 training practices under our belts, we traveled to the other side of Lake Merritt for the legendary LMJS 4th Sunday Run! This is a super-fun event along the shores of Lake Merritt - a race course that our students are now very familiar with! Lake Merritt Joggers & Striders is a longtime supporter of Running for a Better Oakland that goes above-and-beyond to include all of our students and run mentors in this race. They even cover 100% of the cost of race entries so that we can participate for free! Thank you LMJS for supporting RBO and welcoming us to this incredible event!
